Step-by-Step: How Teacher Trainees Can Load Their E-Zwich Cards with Ease

It's quite common for Level 100 teacher trainees to visit our centers with a recurring question: “How do I load my E-Zwich card?” Worry no more—Tooka Publication has prepared a simple guide to help you through the process.

The E-Zwich card is a smartcard platform used to receive funds such as your trainee allowance. Beyond receiving money, it also allows you to make withdrawals and transfer funds as needed.

Getting funds onto your E-Zwich card is a simple process. Just follow these steps: First, carry your E-Zwich card with you. Next, visit the nearest bank or an authorized E-Zwich agent. Many MoMo (mobile money) vendors also operate E-Zwich terminals—feel free to check with them. Then, inform the attendant that you want to load funds onto your E-Zwich card. Once you do this, the attendant will take care of the rest and load the money onto your card.

If there are already funds in your E-Zwich account, the agent may ask: “Would you like to withdraw as well?” Should you choose yes, they can help you cash out instantly.

Biometric authentication (usually a fingerprint scan) will be required to complete any loading or withdrawal. This ensures that only the card owner accesses the account.

For your own security, always safeguard your E-Zwich card and verify your balance after every transaction. If you’re uncertain about any part of the process, don't hesitate to ask the bank staff or vendor for assistance.

At Tooka Publication, our goal is to keep teacher trainees well-informed and up-to-date. Feel free to share this article with others who may find it helpful!
