The official academic schedule for all Colleges of Education in Ghana for the 2024/2025 academic year has been released. The calendar outlines key dates and activities for students across all levels—Level 100 through Level 400.
Final-Year Students (Level 400)

Between 11th and 15th November 2024, final-year students are required to be on campus for orientation activities in preparation for their teaching practice.

On 15th November 2024, they will depart to begin their macro-teaching assignments in designated schools.

This attachment is expected to span approximately 12 weeks, ending around 25th February 2025.
Levels 100, 200, and 300 Students

The first semester begins on 27th January 2025 and runs until 18th April 2025, covering 12 weeks of academic work.

This is followed by a two-week examination period, from 21st April to 2nd May 2025.

Students then break for six weeks, from 3rd May to 14th June 2025, before returning for the next semester.
All Students (Levels 100–400)

The second semester is scheduled to begin on 16th June 2025 and will continue through 5th September 2025.

Level 400 students will participate in this semester remotely, continuing their studies online while off-campus.

Examinations for all students are planned between 8th and 19th September 2025.

The academic year officially concludes on 20th September 2025.
